Hugo Strange

So far, Tom Hardy is the only official new cast member for the 3rd & final Bale-Batflick. It's been long speculated that his going to play Doctor Hugo Strange, a brilliant psychologist that tries to discover Batman's true identity. This is my take on what he'd look like.
